Feature Request: Collapsible/Toggle Text Blocks for better board organization

Currently, the only way to collapse content in Miro is by using Mind Maps. However, when working with large text blocks or complex documentation on the board, things get cluttered very quickly.

I would love to see a "Toggle" or "Collapse/Expand" feature for regular text boxes and shapes.

Questions for the team:

  1. Are there any plans to implement a text-collapsing feature soon?

  2. Is this currently being developed or present on the 2026 roadmap?

This would be a game-changer for those of us who use Miro for deep research and structured note-taking.
