Hello, we are dreaming of a feature that lets Miro export frames to native PowerPoint format. Many customers like to work on Miro, yet need the documentation as PowerPoint file afterwards.

I have found a workaround but it requires Adobe Acrobat Pro, so you’ll need an Adobe subscription.
- Export your frames as a PDF at full resolution
- Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro
- File / Export to / Powerpoint Presentation
This results in a fully editable Powerpoint deck with all the Miro content. I think the only thing I’ve had to reconstruct was external links applied to images/video clips.
Of course this requires that you work in frames, but it has proven very useful to our team. I’d much rather have a direct export, however.
This is a great workaround! I couldn’t find an automated way to export multiple frames in Miro. Are you all doing this or just exporting each frame manually one by one?
You are God sent.
Just requested acrobat PRO from IT.
Kudos.
We tried Miro for our company (32,000 people) but as we’re so engrained in PowerPoint, using Miro is simply a waste of time. It takes way too long to transpose any findings from Miro into PowerPoint which is the preferred preference for industry.
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment about this feature. We understand the frustration and appreciate your patience. Our team is reviewing this idea as it continues to be open for votes and comments.
For those coming across this idea, if you feel this would be helpful for you or your business, please be sure to vote for it and leave a comment about your use case to help our team scope this request!

I think Miro is a fantastic tool, it’s a pleasure to use and very versatile. My company mostly uses it for complex canvases and elaborate collaboration sessions, I personally use it mostly for diagramming, for which it’s better than most dedicated diagramming tools. And recently I’ve realised it’s really good for creating presentations too, using the Frames and Present feature!
However, Powerpoint remains the corporate tool for presentations so I am asked to contribute my slides into master Powerpoint decks. That means I need to convert Frames to PPT slides.
The only way I can do that is to individually export each frame as an image and manually add each one to a PPT slide, but then they’re missing the hyperlinks I’ve created. All this is way too much trouble and makes it not a viable option in a corporate environment.
Such a shame, it would be fantastic if you could support a Frame → PPT slide feature! Thank you
Hi
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! It's great to hear that you're finding Miro so versatile for your needs, especially for diagramming and presentations.
Your use case, including the need to retain hyperlinks, highlights the importance of having a more efficient export feature.
I'll make sure to pass your feedback along to the product team, and I'd encourage others who feel similarly to vote for this feature and share their use cases. Every bit of input helps the team prioritize improvements.
Thanks again for contributing, and feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!
Idea is now 3 years old.
Has there been any progress?
Thanks.
Is it that Miro doesnt want to implement this feature since if votes were being prioritised, it would have been implemented a lot earlier. Any updates?
