Export Mermaid Code from Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams Using Miro AI

I would like to use Miro AI to generate Mermaid syntax code from sequence diagrams and other diagrams created in Miro.

Currently, this results in an error. On the other hand, creating sequence diagrams and diagrams from Mermaid syntax already works well.

It is already possible to pass a sequence diagram to tools such as Gemini or ChatGPT and have them generate Mermaid code from it. Many users would also like to be able to generate Mermaid syntax code directly from diagrams drawn in Miro.

I would like to request a feature that allows Miro AI to analyze diagrams and sequence diagrams on a Miro board and export them as Mermaid code.

    Plus one. My leadership asked me to investigate Miro mermaid capabilities. We are specifically looking for a way for less-technical users to generate diagrams with WYSIWYG and AI based on typed, defined templates and then export the mermaid syntax that can be reused in docs.

      We have this feature on the roadmap as we extend our Mermaid capabilities. In the meantime, you could try Miro’s MCP server and your agent for this task instead.
