Sometimes we use t-shirt sizes for estimation. It would be helfpful if Miro is offering this option or allows and individual configuration of the estimation function.

Greetings Kathrin

Could be an additional configuration option. Think that this could be an additional pre-existing configuration option when you setup an estimation.

Just tried the new t-shirt size widget (saw it promoted in today’s Customer Success email) and it’s a great new tool, thanks!

Ideas:

  1. could the widget be configured to include more t-shirt sizes (e.g., 2XL)?
  2. could the card accept >1 t-shirt sizes?
  3. is it not possible to remove the t-shirt icon from the card once applied?

Rationale: My team uses Miro cards extensively for long-term, feature-level planning. In current state, POs will create the feature cards with all known requirements and ping TLs/SAs to review the cards. Then, the TL/SAs go into Miro, review feature cards, and apply a tag corresponding to t-shirt size (e.g., S). Sometimes a feature may be between sizes, so we’ll apply multiple tags (e.g., one L tag and one M tag, equating to roughly 1.5L in a standardized format). And, as those feature requirements become more detailed or as features are broken-into smaller sizes, the TLs/SAs may adjust their estimate tag, therefore requiring the need to edit or delete tags.
