Drop down menu for frames.

I like the visual of the pop-out for frames. However, I would like to have a drop-down menu for easy access. The drop-down would be faster and keep the same perspective that I am already working with instead of making the workspace smaller. 

I like the pop-out, but it takes up too much space.
