Differentiate between Epics & Stories when importing JIRA issues

Currently when JIRA issues are imported into a Miro board, the formatting of the created cards does not differentiate between Epics and Stories without manual intervention by the board owner. It would be nice to see a different card “type” be used for different issue “types” so that a board is immediately usable upon bulk card import.

When importing or creating Jira cards in a Miro board, users can differentiate between issue types (like Epics or Stories). The visual identifier used in Jira that correspond with those issue types will also be applied to the card in Miro. You can get the latest information on Miro's integration with Jira Cards in our Help Center.

With this in mind, we are updating the status of this idea to Existing Feature. Thanks!

I’m not sure I quite understood your suggestion, but I think I have a similar pain. I’m using JIRA cards on the Story Mapping Framework, using our Jira issues hierarchy of Feature→Epic→Story. However apart from the small icon on the card, they look all alike.

I’d make use of having different background colors, size or some other visual hint on this cards.

Thanks
