Uploading a cover image assumes you want to add a logo, or that have access to the original files on the board. If not, you have to download something from a board just to re-upload it as a cover, or take a screen grab and upload it. Longwinded.
Would be great if adding a cover image was easier – just clicking on an image on a board and selecting “make cover”, or when changing the cover, asking you if you want to use an image on the board or take a screen grab.

You can achieve that by following these steps:
- When on a board, click on the board name
- “Change thumbnail”
- Scroll to the bottom
- Select board area
