There is a way to move the comment body and pointer around, but it doesn’t seem to stay put at any time.
Even when pinned, on re-entry into a board, or for any other user, a comment reverts back to its default state for, ignoring the pinning or positioning settings previously applied. After leaving a comment and returning to it, this is where it opens.
This idea is simply that comment positioning is saved in perpetuity, for anyone who sees the comment. This would include other viewers, myself after leaving and coming back in, and it would include both pinned AND unpinned comments with regards to their body and pointer (end of line) positioning.
