I,d love to have a slide in a sideshow change, when the user clicks on an arrow beneath the slideshow-frame.

Hi there, following up on this older Wish List request with an update. After further review, we've determined that the functionality requested here is already available on the platform by using the Interactive Presentation feature, or Slides feature. Learn more about both of these by reading the Interactive Presentation Mode user documentation, and Slides user documentation in the Miro Help Center.
