Why I cannot add Assignee to the card which is not in my team?
For example I would like to attached the task to ALAN, which is not participating with me in the board. But is important to see it.

+13The reason why you cannot is likely due to Miro's current architecture.
Objects are bound to a single board, and boards reside in a team, and a team has members. When you use the "Assigned" action, it respects this hierarchy and does not simply query the entire database of all Miro account holders to find ALAN. Doing so would be both a privacy and security issue.
For your use case, I would suggest using Tags.
