I would like to ability for cards or stickies to calculate load during Program Increment planning. Would it be possible to assign them a tag number and if put in a given sprint, it calculates the load for that sprint? Otherwise we have to manually calculate the load as we are moving stories around - which is not ideal.

Second this, it is a real pain having to calculate load for each table column (sprint) of the PI, and then keep redoing this as things change.

Especially when it should be really easy for software to do this automatically, all we need is some kind of a label that can add up all numerical tags for the table column that it is in, or something along those lines.
Could we please get something like this?

Hi all, following up on this older Wish List request with an exciting update! You can now calculate load for cards by using Planner for Jira. When you enable the story points field for Jira cards, the Planner will display the sum of story points (referred to as "Load") for all cards in a given column. Additionally, you can manually input the capacity for each column, and the Planner will highlight the column in red if the load exceeds the capacity, helping teams make informed decisions about workload distribution. For the most up-to-date information on this feature please take a look at the Planner for Jira documentation in our Help Center.

With this in mind we are updating the status of this Wish List request to Delivered. Thanks @Suzana Talusan  for submitting this request and thanks all for sharing your votes and feedback!
