Board-Owner: Lock object dimension

As a board-owner I want to lock the dimension of an object (sticky note, image, text box, ...) like I can lock the frame.

If not, can you explain a bit more? For example, 

like I can lock the frame

While dimensions of a frame can be specified, I am not aware of any way they can be “locked”, i.e., a user can simply resize the the frame vertically or horizontally.

And sticky notes can only be one of two shapes/dimensions: square or rectangle (16:9).
