Hello, I successfully facilitated a Decision Jam exercise with 40 people yesterday, 35 of whom had not used Miro before, and it was excellent. We are struggling a bit with the Miro CSV export, which is the best way for the members to revisit this information in the future since we are all from different organizations.
First, it appears that when large bunches of notes are exported they do not appear in any particular order in the CSV and are therefore hard to organize and make sense of in the CSV. Also, we used Dots to vote, and it is hard to align the dots with sticky notes on the CSV, so we cannot tell what was voted on. It would be helpful if the CSV explained some spatial representation of what stickies/dots were near each other on the board. Any updates to make this easier, or instructions for best practices to make the CSVs useful, would be greatly appreciated!
