Hi @david.greenwood,

Jira cards integration is Available on: Starter, Business, Education and Enterprise plans; Jira Cloud, Jira Server (On-Premise) and Datacenter and Available to: team members that are editors on the board.

Feel free to explore this helpful article: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572434-Jira-Cards

Thanks @Eca So this begs the question why Miro restricts Azure DevOps cards integration to Enterprise when the equivalent Jira functionality and use of the Miro Planner is available on all levels. Do you know why?

Azure DevOps is also used by smaller organizations. It is a popular solution. You are doing a very good jobb by building MIro to be one tool to master all phases of product development. But restricting this feature to only Enterprise you are contradicting yourselves.

🚀 Please add this feature to “normal” paid plan and not only to Enterprise.

agree with all the above. we stopped using jira several years ago. tons of small teams use devops especially when everything else at the company is on the microsoft platform. this is pretty normal, guys. it’s silly and actually kind of offensive that the jira integration is available to all but devops is on enterprise lol like come on who are you actually catering to here. do better, miro

the new change still doesn’t help me but i guess at least some people on this thread will be happy. this is really the only reason i would ever need/want to upgrade to the business plan
