We have team slides with pictures of different team members in a slide deck. The teams are updating this slide deck for changes in thier team like new member joining / existing member leaving, changes in scope of responsibilities. Each slide for each team. And we use these team slides in a Miro board for each PI planning under the team area to represent the team. If these slides are updated in power point and they are imported as an linked asset, I would be cool that these assets are updated for any changes to the slide. This will help several teams to avoid doublw work. And the PI Planning Boards are copied and pasted each time for the next PI Planning or we use a template were the slides goes in with these linked slides. The other option is if you say you can store the team slides a Miro template and from where we can create linked images, it can also work. In this case you elimate the use of PPTX, which might be your competitor :-)
