Regarding the recent change to @board mentions and that from now on, the person who uses the mention will be notified too...
Totally unnecessary and annoying. If I as the user create a comment with the "@board" mention, I don't need to be reminded with an email that I just did it. I know I did it. I'm the one who created it. The redundancy seems totally unnecessary, and just clogs up my inbox.
There are occasions in which I might review some work and leave a dozen or more "@board" mentions... the emails that follow are just too much.
To me, I only see the value of receiving a notification on a comment that I authored AFTER someone else replies to that comment.
