When inviting people to a Miro board, we can add a custom message to the invitation email. However, once the invitation has been sent, the message is no longer visible to the sender.
It would be extremely helpful to either:
- View previously sent invitation messages in an invitation history, or
- Receive a copy of the invitation email (CC) in the sender's inbox.
A simple profile setting such as "Email me a copy of board invitations" could be an easy and effective solution.
Why this matters
- Better transparency of communication
- Easier follow-up with invited users
- Less confusion about what was communicated
- Helpful when collaborating with customers, partners, and external stakeholders
