Paid but still no access

Could you please clarify if you don’t see a new team on the left-side panel on the Dashboard?

You can switch between your teams by clicking the icons on that panel:

Yes I have 3 teams over there. But none of them contain the paid version..:-(. I paid for the 5 person team account and also received the Miro invoice already.

I quickly checked it - yes, ‘My Team” is your new paid team with 5 seats
