We’d like to have the ability to downgrade users from Full to Free Restricted via Okta SCIM.
This feature would allow us to automate license management using Okta Access Requests or Okta Workflows, which would help reduce manual work for our IT team. Automating this process is important for keeping license usage efficient and easier to manage.
