allow custom mp3-songs to be uploaded and available for the TIMER feature on the boards.

i'd like to use a custom music for periods where all people are working on a board for a time that is determined by the timer.

uploading e.g. the jeopardy-theme mp3 would make stuff much more fun than these boring songs.
