It is annoying when creating a frame - especially a custom one that I can’t just select it and drag it as I want to create it - at the moment, select custom frame and one pops up and then needs to be moved and adjusted to fit. 

I would think this is a relatively easy thing to do - exactly the same as when creating a shape. It would save time and be less finnicky. 

Similarly, when saving as an image, I would expect that if I select a frame, the image frame would be generated to fit it, and it isn’t.
