Add a visual signifier to the “Note” so that others know that there is content in there that can be read.

- Especially in collaborative environments, what’s the point of adding content in Notes if you don’t think anybody is going to go in there and/or you have to tell/constantly remind them
- It gets circumvented when most boards don’t have that feature
