Add Projects to API so Boards can be placed into Projects programatically

I’d like to be able to create a Board via the API either directly in a Project atomically or move it into a Project after creation.

    Yes!  This would be fantastic.

    Not only would it allow boards to be added to projects, hopefully we could also get all boards in a project and perform some action on them.  For example, duplicate (we need a duplicate function in the API!), alter permissions etc.
