Add a 'Time' As a Sub-Option within Date / As a Number Format

Hey there, 

I’m managing social media and would love to be able to add a ‘Time’ differentiator in addition to a ‘Date.’

This would allow an additional sorting option to Tables, so that you don’t have all entries under the same ‘Date' given the same priority when applying a Sort. 

This could be implemented as an optional modifier in the ‘Date’ custom field, or as an option in the ‘Number’ field:

Bonus points for including the ability for a timezone call-out.
