Ability to use a form to input data in to a table

My use case is:

Utilising a form to capture needs data from business users that will then be turned into Jobs To Be Done before going into product dev flows.  At the moment there isn’t away to capture data from a form unless integrated to something like Zapier > MS Forms and we have high volumes of requests for new features.

The ability to do this directly in Miro would be awesome as we could share to guests and then get them to vote on Outcome statements with a widget whilst managing the incoming needs in a table for reporting etc.

If I was to summarize the Outcome: Minimize the effort to get survey data from users into Miro for product design and development flows.
