I can link to boards, but not the Team (the landing screen for the Team is the one that says “Boards in this team...”)

When on a Team landing page the URL is always “https://miro.com/app/dashboard/” irrespective of what Team you currently have selected.

Linking to a board means the user ends up looking at a specific board instead of the Team landing page, and clicking e.g. the “miro” name/link takes you to the last team you manually selected rather than the team for the board you were just looking at ….

 

And as another wish list poster put it:

Would love to see the ability to have a link to a Team space so I can point someone in that direction and they can see all the boards for that team

Bookmarking

I run into this issue daily as I am a member of several Miro teams. My workflow includes using browser groups to switch between initiatives. However, when I open a tab group, I will be taken to the dashboard of the last team space that I visited and not the one I was on during the time of bookmarking.

As a workaround, since we can now link to a Space (FKA Projects), I create a dummy space named [_Team Name] and link to that (as an anchor to the team).

Support/sharing

With team links now being moved several clicks deep vs. being persistently on-screen in the old dashboard’s left vertical bar, this ask has become even more important. When I need to directly someone to a team, now I have to explain the several clicks one needs to take to find the team space.

As I become a member of more and more teams, I am constantly slowed down by not being able to link to a team.

My workflow is to create browser groups for work I do with different teams. However, the Miro dashboard continues to only ever open to the team workspace that I last visited.
