Ability to format frame heading text

To my knowledge … currently we are not allowed to format the heading text on a frame. Weather it be resizing, colouring, highlighting, etc …. there just doesn’t seem to be that option. 

If I am incorrect please advise me how to do this ??

If not then hopefully we can see this feature soon.
