Problem: 

Since many people work with confidential material, the option to use Youtube for internal videos is not possible

Currently internal reference videos can only be presented with a text link, which makes it awkward/time consuming during presentations, and also (most likely) lowers the amount of team members interacting with it.  

Proposed solution:

Google drive videos can be embed them into a board (similar to how embedded Youtube videos work).

Even a link to the Video on GDrive so a collaborator can open it in the browser (assuming they have access permissions for it) would be a reasonable start down this path.

 


You can iframe videos from your Google Drive on a Miro board. Have a look at the screenshots below how to do it. Similar process if you use Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint.
