Problem: My business sells access to Miro templates. In order to allow customers to make a copy of each template, I need to either
- Send them a .rtb backup file
- Laborious process of around 30 minutes for them to download and import over 30 templates - and growing! Negative user impact, they simply won’t do it.
- Add them as a guest to each board
- Laborious process of around 20 mins for me each time I need to add a new customer to over 30 boards - and growing! Simply not feasible.
Solution: If we could add guest access to projects rather than just boards, that would make the process so much simpler from both sides.
Value: There doesn’t appear to be any negative impact for Miro given there is no maximum number of boards a guest can access, but high value for all of the users involved in the above processes
