A layers panel like Figma's

Renaming, grouping, tracking, finding, selecting, editing and so much more. I think the majority of our demands are sourced by the lack of a robust layers panel as an alternative to direct interaction. Although the current layer tool is getting there, I know it needs time and effort to be multifunctional like Figma’s. I just think it could become a superior solution if you take how Figma does it as an example. What do you think?
