Search for boards that are not part of any project

I want to reorganize my boards and, in particular, have them all organized by Projects. Currently, I can't easily view all boards that are not part of any project. It would be handy to have a filter in the search box allowing me to do so, and then have the possibility to act on all or part of them in bulk.

I use Miro to interact with my students (teaching) and colleagues (research).

I find it challenging to organize boards in projects when it is not me who has created them within my team.

A possible solution would be to have the possibility filter in Advanced Search for boards that are not part of any project.

Was it helpful?

@Adolfo Avella - I moved the wording from your other post to this post.

I am right there with you. I have every board in a Project as a means of organization, and currently, the only way I can find boards that are not in a Project is to scroll my dashboard of 100s of boards as we cannot even sort the dashboard by available columns of Board Name, Owner, Project, or Starred (which is another miss).

Let us add this to the Wish List!!!

@Adolfo Avella - I was just checking one of my team spaces/teams that was converted to the new Spaces dashboard, and it looks like we’ll be able to filter to see boards that are not in a Spaces (Spaces will be the new Projects):

More on Spaces here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/21040490154898-Spaces

So, it looks like this idea could be marked as DELIVERED once Spaces is GA.
