Manually setting / moving a board to a(nother) project is somewhat tedious (especially when you want to rearrange multiple Boards). It feels natural to be able to just drag&drop a Board in a Project in the Dashboard view.
Bonus: drag&selecting multiple Boards and dropping those into a Project at once.
