Hi,

I currently use the Weekly Traction, Planning Board template when planning the work week. I like to put icons on certain tasks to easily identify what type of task it is. For example, when scheduling an online meeting I would put a little Teams icon on the task card. If it was an onsite meeting, I would put a map icon on the task card. When I do this though, I cannot group the items which means when more tasks get added in, the task card moves but the icon does not so I am constantly having to reposition icons.

It would be great to be able to group icons to task cards and have the icon move with the card.

Was it helpful?

I am facing the same frustration on the card we love to use Sticky notes but along the kanban the sticky are not following the card witch is frustrating.

Thanks.
