Paywall | Subsctiption based access (for clients) | Monetizing on Miro content

  • Emily_1

I am a private language tutor - I decided to move to Miro after years of using paper materials and other services that didn’t provide that much of a comfort. I came up with the idea, that my materials are starting to look like an interactive textbook day after day. I thought, why wouldn’t there be an opportunity to create a system of paywall / restricted areas on the board. You will get access to these areas only after payment to the content creator (PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, etc. could help), I’d be down to paying a fee to Miro as well.

My thinking is that this tool could be called  “Content restrictive shapes” - a separate menu button with squares, circles, polygons, etc. You drag this special square or whatever from that menu button, resize it and put it on your board. That’s it. Area inside that square is going to be visible only after my client has paid the subsctiption / one-time fee. If the subscription expires, these restrictive geometrical shapes become non-transparent again.

What do you think?
