How many items are selected?

when I select multiple objects, I see the filter option, which tells me how many of each item there are. If I only select one type of object (e.g. sticky notes), then I wan’t to easily see how many are selected - like notifications bubble/badge on iPhone apps

Was it helpful?

Hi Colin, That feature would be nice.

What you could do for now it’s always have a different type of object on your board close to your selection so the menu that appears only when different types are selected tell you how many items (+ 1) you have on your board.

In this example you could use it to count the 9 sticky notes just by add a circle.

@Alejandro De Blasi for some reason, that menu doesn’t appear for me

i mean it’s not showing objects count inside of selection, but the menu itself does appear

@epishchalnikov  - you need more than one type of object for that to show up - you only have sticky notes (even if one is orange 😉 ). Only when you have more than one do you get the option to filter your selection, based on type. The selection filter is a great feature - but has the nice ‘side effect’ of showing you the number of each object selected. Hope that helps
