Hide cursors for all users during voting sessions

When in a voting session, it would be better to hide cursors by default during the voting session for all users to allow for an anonymous voting session.

For some of our meetings, a single user shares their screen showing the board as we discuss and that user does not participate in the voting session. During that voting session, as all cursors are visible it is clear how people are voting, creating a bias toward voting outcomes.
