Appreciating peers is one of the effective motivating factor in a team. So in order to make it effective in remote teams, I wish to have an option to include appreciation card in the miro board. You can give the card as a sub type of sticky notes or you can provide it as an separate template.
+7As a temporary workaround, have you used the Reactions features as Iโve found that those (either the sticker or temporary disappearing ones) are a good way to appreciate a team memberโs contributions - especially the confetti ones.
