I would like a feature where people on a board can ‘silent brainstorm’
The how - people write down on many stickies as they like their ideas or answers to a question without anyone else seeing. Then when the timer is up or everyone is done, all the stickies are revealed.
The why - sometimes when people are group brainstorming people can hold back their idea if they see someone else has put something similar. I would like to increase team discussion on the similar/same stickies to help the team understand the differences or similarities in thinking that happens within the team.
