Voting is a dodgy way of decisionmaking at best, but anonymous voting is often even worse!
In many workshops, not only the number of votes is relevant, but also or more so who voted for certain options. I understand that in some cases an anonymous vote might be better (although I can't think of many examples in a business setting). But named voting should be an otpion as well, if only because it will fecilitate discussion of the outcomes in many cases.
So:
- allow users to toggle anonymous voting on and off
- make the names of the users visible with the votes
