I’ve been working on a board on my PC when I moved to my Mac I can’t find the board.

Why is this happening?

Thanks

Jim

@Jimb52 - There is now another report of a missing board, so I am going to suggest that, if you can’t find your board from either your PC or Mac, that you reach out to the Miro Customer Support team directly by creating a ticket via this special form.

It would also be helpful for the rest of the community if you were to come back here and share what the Support team told you.

Where are you looking?

Are you using a browser? If so, have you tried signing out and back in? Clearing the cache?

Desktop app?

Are you signed in with the correct account?

Are you looking in the correct Team from your dashboard?

Are you by chance in a project?

Have you clicked on All boards?

Have you tried searching for the board?

What happens if you star the board from your PC and the click on Starred from your Miro dashboard on your Mac?
