From August to September 2022, Miro surveyed over 2,000 people about their relationship with work. Our findings reveal that, though the current state of work is draining and knowledge workers' desire for connection remains strong. And although many companies are shifting to a hybrid work model and research shows a majority of workers want this but hybrid is still a work in progress.
