Noun Project Failing

New to Miro.  I installed the Noun Project App but when I search for icons I get the message “Something went wrong”.  I’m using the desktop version.

I’m creating some best practices and would really like to use icons from here if possible.

Hi everyone,

I asked the team about the Noun Project app.

The app has been completely disabled for now. At the moment, we don’t have a decision on whether it will be enabled and when, but I’ll definitely write an update in this thread if I have any news.

Thank you for your understanding, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Was it helpful?

I’m with you on this. I have a pro noun project account even, and it still won’t work on any of my boards.

@Joshua William Davies

Since yesterday afternoon its working here.

Using Google Chrome as Browser and going into miro via Webbrowser.

Haven’t checked if it works with the app.

Michael

I have exactly the same problem…

Is your problem gone - or there was an answer?!

@Dietmar Walser

Few days ago it worked.

Now I checked it - same problem again.

Can’t figure out where the problem is.

Seems to me that it is still an issue.

Hi, strangely enough - I was able to use the Noun Project app to pull in an icon last night, but then when I looked again, the app was gone - and not showing up in the app marketplace - is anyone else noticing this??

Yeap. It just happened to me.

It re-appears when you refresh. Annoying nonetheless.

I continuously get the error message, “Something went wrong”. Does anyone know if this is getting resolved and if so when?

I am also having this problem. “Something went wrong” or Noun Project app disappearing from toolbar. Also the icon finder app is intermittently disappearing, and when it’s there, I get a message that it is temporarily unavailable. This is frustrating. Two apps for icons and neither is functional.

I’m finding the same.

me too, still and for the record.

It is frustrating that no one from Miro has addressed this, despite many people being affected.
