When attempting to connect the Azure Cards app, an error occurs when Connecting the Azure Organization with Miro.
The user login goes well, but when the organisation is linked the error “TF400813: The user 'ad8be917-ad24-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' is not authorized to access this resource.
The guid for that user is not found in our Entra ID and does not match the user id selected for the user account.
Our DevOps environment have recently been connected to our Microsoft Entra ID.
I have been through all the steps listed on page “https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033799934-Azure-Cards” and made sure, that all steps and rights are set as specified.
I’m a bit at a loss on how to further fault seek this, has anyone else seen this behaviour ?
