I’m using the free version of Miro.
I’ve just created my first and only board, and now I’m trying to share it with my team.
When I invite colleagues by email, I usually get this error:
Sharing restricted please contact support
I’ve tried inviting people 10 times, with either a single person with a single email address or several people with a list of several email addresses.
9 of those 10 times, I’ve gotten that sharing restricted error and no one is invited.
1 time it worked and one person was invited: they now have access to the board. But I can’t invite anyone else, in spite of all of them being my colleagues behind the same firewall.
What’s going on here?
