I am working on a project that required both access and refresh tokens.
At app creation, I check the “Expire user authorization token” box
once the app is created, the box is still checked
but after a while, it unchecks
and I never get a refresh token

Thanks for raising this, and apologies for the trouble. This issue is due to a known bug which our team is actively working on fixing.
This will be addressed shortly in an upcoming release. We’ll follow up here as soon as the fix is live!
