i am a new member , having difficulty navigating you site , watched all 7 learning video , can`t get back to it, also was looking for the weekly swing list can`t find it, i watched the zoom today was  great experience, tried, to massage, idon`t know why  my message was erased multiple time , is it a way to talk with somebody on the phone to help navigate the site ? thanks

The Python API contains a field 'additional_properties' (e.g. in ShapeDataForCreate).What is it good for?I was trying to add a reference ID (I am trying to generate a Miro digram based on on an external model), scr = ShapeCreateRequest(data=ShapeDataForCreate(content="Yeah", shape="rectangle"), additional_properties={"ref": 17})api.create_shape_item(board_id=board_id, shape_create_request=scr)but I got an error message:HTTP response body: { "type" : "error", "code" : "2.0703", "context" : { "fields" : [ { "field" : "ref", "message" : "Field [ref] is not supported" } ] }, "message" : "Invalid parameters", "status" : 400}So my questions are: What is additional_properties' intended use?Can I add some extra data to an item (so that I can later query that information?)

I've logged out of all the groups, and now I can't see anything on the main page. It's not an internet issue. I've tried using a VPN and a different browser, and I've logged in and out of my account. Nothing seems to work. I don't understand what's causing this problem, and if I can't work with the groups logged out, why can't I create a group for free? I'm confused and need your help.

How can I expand the boxes on the org chart when the words need more space to appear?

When I am adding new horizontal swim lanes to an existing flow chart, the vertical swim lane lines doesn’t extend to fill in the new horizontal swim lanes. When I select the vertical swim lanes, hover over the bottom line there is no way to extend it or select just that line to drag down. How do I make it so the lines extend all the way down through all horizontal swim lanes?

Also need your side to collaborate with Browzwear team.we selected all the fields we need to export for the styles, but can’t be exported. we selected all the styles and successfully generated all the style images to the white board but when we tried to export to csv, only style ID show on the excel file without any images and style details we selected. Hello Miro Support Team,I am working on a shared customer Miro board and am unable to tag certain members from their team. When I use the @mention function, their names do not appear in the list.Could you please help investigate the possible cause and advise how this can be resolved?For context: I am able to receive tags from those members, but I am unable to tag them Other team members can be tagged normally Only specific members are not appearing in the @mention list Please let me know if you need the board link or screenshots. Pls see screenshot for easy ref. 

Hi,I’m using the Mind Map tool in Miro In the past, when I worked on my mind maps, I remember being able to control the text more fully (including alignment and a larger text toolbar, similar to the regular Text object). Now, when I select a mind-map node, I only see the shortened toolbar (color, bold, link, highlight etc.), and there is no option to change text alignment (right/left/center) for the nodeswhat happned?

Is there a way to convert a team created with Developer team setting to regular standard team?

Dear support,I have Starter Team plan and my AI feature isn't functioning well. For a couple of months I'm struggling with background removal. I have all credits availiable. It sometimes takes 10-30 minutes of wait until the pic background is being removed. Sometimes I ends up not having it revoved at all. I really need this feature. Hello everyone! As the title suggests, I’m looking for a way to get the sections of a space.We need to show a list of boards belonging to a space outside of the Miro dashboard, and I’d like to organize them into folders or sections the same way they appear inside the space.

What happened? I lost one entire team with boards. Free ccount, what can I do? I can’t see trash

I am attempting to test a simple Web SDK 2.0 app that listens for changes to rectangles and makes calls to a REST API.  I cannot get the app to appear on the Tools, Media and Integrations menu.ATTEMPT #1:I figured that, since I did not create any UI elements, I did not need anything as heavyweight as Vite.  So I just wrote index.js with my code, wrote a simple index.html (that loaded miro.js in <head> and index.js in <body>) and served up index.html as a static from an Express server.  After a couple days of struggling, I reverted to …ATTEMPT #2:Fine, I’ll carry the overhead of Vite.  I used create_miro_app to create a template Vanilla JS app, and I overwrote the sample index.js with my own.  The only other change that I made was switching the port in vite.config.js from 3000 and 3001.  My app still does not appear under Tools, Media and Integrations.  What could be missing?

Hi everyone,I’m a teacher using a Huion H640P pen tablet, and for the past two weeks I’ve been facing a consistent problem: the pen stops drawing in proper way only in Present Mode.Here are the key details: The pen works normally in Editing mode and Full Screen mode. The issue happens only in Present Mode. It appears on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). It happens on multiple OS (Ubuntu and Windows). After about minutes in Present Mode, the pen stops drawing or the strokes disappear. Switching back to Editing mode immediately restores normal pen behavior. This started approximatly 2 weeks ago. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue — or if the Miro team can confirm this is a known bug — please let me know.

Too infuriated to write down all the issues with using Miro with a tablet, but wanted to start the conversation to see if anyone else is having any issues? I've recently splashed out on a Microsoft Surface Pro and I am flabbergasted how terrible Miro is on a tablet... My MS pro is actually supposed to be a tablet and laptop rolled into one, so I thought it would be perfect for online tutoring on Miro. Surely a tablet would be one of the main types of devices you would use on a whiteboard app?? I will write a couple of things down as I remember them from this morning's lesson... 1. There is no easy way to paste (that I can see) using Miro.When you long press the menu doesn't offer 'paste' as an option! 🤯 You can get around this if you are able to force a keyboard pop up. Many tablets do not have this function but mine does thankfully. Why in God's name would it not be in the long press pop up menu? Incredible. 2.
