I’ve lost the ability to change the node background colour - it doesn’t appear as an option anymore.Why has this been removed? Or has it been moved to somewhere else? Very annoying, when I’ve put together a whole mind map based on our corporate branding colours.

Hi all ., I’ve added numerous fields to the jira cards I have in a miro, but when I export the cards to excel it only exports that titles of the jira cards. I really want the key or other info as well… is there a way to do this??

Hello, I've encountered an issue on the website. My cursor is offset downwards. This happens in any browser. Clearing the cache didn't help. If I completely close the browser and reopen it, everything is fine for a while. But as soon as I minimize the browser or switch to another application, the problem comes back.I've attached a screenshot showing the offset. I'm not sure what else I can provide to help you investigate the issue, please let me know – I will provide it.(And yes, just to note, all my ad blockers are enabled).On the screenshot, the red dot is the actual cursor position, while the blue line shows where it is highlighting/selecting the area.

Please help!  We have a few professors who have all signed up (with their school email) for the free educator accounts.  We have all been granted access BUT all professors are being included in the same TEAM.  The website states for the free educator account that multiple teams can exist on the same domain. Due to the limit of 100 users, we are hitting our max with our students and all faculty on the same team. HOW DO EDUCATORS MAKE THEIR OWN TEAM, and not get stuck in the original team that was made by me?  

Hi everyone,I’m working with Arabic content in Miro, where the reading and visual flow is right-to-left (RTL).When I upload a PDF and use the “Extract pages” option, Miro automatically arranges all pages in a horizontal row from left to right. For Arabic use cases, I need the pages to be ordered from right to left, so that page 1 appears on the far right, page 2 to its left, etc.Right now, I have to manually reorder the pages every time, which becomes very time-consuming for large PDFs and presentations.My questions are:1) Is there any existing setting, plugin, or known workaround to automatically arrange extracted PDF pages in RTL order in Miro?2) How are other Arabic / RTL users handling this? Any best practices or tips to make this process easier?Additionally, I would really like to see an official feature that supports RTL page ordering (right-to-left) for extracted PDFs and boards designed for Arabic and other RTL languages.I’ve attached a screenshot showing how the pages currentl

There is an issue with the MSI variant:https://desktop.miro.com/platforms/win-nsis/Miro-no-updates.msiWhen uninstalling this, it does not delete the data from the Uninstall key, so the app remains in the Add/Remove Programs list.It seems this is the only way I can get this issue logged, I’m hoping a developer or employee sees this and can take action! Hi I’ve tried to access an old Miro board (via a free trial) but it says “No access to board, ask the board owner to grant you permission. You’re logged in as emmax@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.” Then says I can Request Access or Switch user profile. When I try to request access, it says “if the owner approves the request, you will receive an email notification”. I am the owner, but I’m not getting a notification. How can I access my old board? Thanks! 

Hello, I am working with the Roadmap planning Template with a large team, some who have not used MIRO before. Currently anyone can accidently move the timeline around if they try to drag the screen but use the left mouse button instead of right.Is there a way to anchor this template down to a spot without locking it. If we lock it no one can edit the work inside. I need to be able to anchor it. I tried using a frame but people could move it outside the frame.Any help is appreciated. 

I'm a teacher on an Education account. I' m trying to automate board distribution for students as it currently takes me roughly 20 minutes per notebook. I need API access for my Education team to bypass the developer team limits.  FYI, I have dedicated space for each course with a section for each student.  When I distribute I duplicate for each student and set permissions so that students cannot see each others’ notebooks.  I also have to set copy permissions so that students can submit copies of their notebooks.I couldn't find this information on Community Support. Thanks!Mark S

Hello, Somehow, our board picker allowed domains list has been updated and the wildcard domain disapeared.As we can not update the published application ourselves, the application stopped working.We tried to re-submitt the app to change the configuration but we get this 422 error when submitting :  How can we re-add this allowed domain without recreate a new application ? Thanks a lot,

Hello, Until recently we were able to bulk export links on a frame to CSV. This was an incredibly useful feature for the research work we undertake and for documenting work. The feature still works on older boards but it seems the new link preview widget has broken this functionality. Will this be fixed or amended to bring this fuctionality back?  

I recently used Private mode with anonymous names to facilitate a retrospective. When private mode was turned off, no names were displayed (as expected). However I used the AI catch-up feature today, and when I selected “Show details” it listed the content of each stickie note under the name of the person who had added it! The AI is not honouring privacy mode, which means I cannot promise the team it will remain anonymous.Are the people at Miro aware of this, and is there any plan to rectify this?AI showing the names of who put what 

I've struggled to navigate the new website. Is it still possible to access your previously liked templates? 

with a link into a Miro board, the link gets stripped leaving only plain text in Edge. Pasting the same text into other programs preserves the links, so not sure what is going on here

Forgive me for using incorrect terminology as I have just started digging into this.I understand how to add a custom icon to the widget menu bar and am able to show a modal, however I would like to instead make my icon display a “dropdown-like” menu instead. Much like the functionality of the tags or assignee dropdowns. Is this possible?Thanks,Justin

I’m working on integrating miro whiteboard in an VR application on Quest 3 device with an in-app web browser. Unfortunately clicking input fields in the whiteboard won’t make the system keyboard show up, but the browser plugin I’m using allows executing arbitary javascript on the page.Currently I’m editing the content in the #canvas-focus-holder>p element when pressing keys on an virtual keyboard, but it doesn’t work well with the styles. Then I noticed miro web SDK, is there a way to better simulate keyboard input and edit elements on board correspondly with SDK?

Hello everyone,I’ve read that you can drag cards into the timeline, which would be very cool if it worked for me. However, whenever I drag cards into the the timeline, theybriefly appear as a record in the timelinea message pops up saying that a record has been createdand then everything disappears again. :(I’ve tried clearing my cache, using different browsers(Opera and Edge), refreshing, checking for updates, disabling my extensions and the holy grail, turning my device on and off. None of it worked.Thinking the cards where the problem, I fiddled with them as well to the best of my ability: Filling out each category, adding a blank card, making a copy of the full cards and dragging that. I’m not using Jira cards either.I would be very grateful for any advice to help me.Thanks,V
