I need help moving a board from a global account to an AU account

I originally just tried copy and pasting the content, which didnt work.

I have now exported the board as an.rtb file but I have no “import option” and when I try to drag the file onto the new board, it comes up with an error message “sorry this file type is not supported"

    Thanks for responding! Answers below.

    • The original board is on Miro Global and I want to get the content of the board across to Miro AU
    • They are not under the same organisation. They are separate accounts. This is the result of a contract relationship - I am sure this must be common.
    • I don’t seem to have the option to import into my AU boards - could this be an admin thing?
    • When I try to drag and drop the .rtb file into AU a board on AU Miro, the error message is “sorry this file type is not supported"
