Hello, most likely this error occurred because of Russian Internet providers, they probably blocked access to some servers where miro connects to download libraries.
Launching a VPN, with a connection to another country, solved the problem of downloading missing libraries and after that it works even with the VPN turned off.
If you have contact with the developers of the application for Windows, Android and ios, they can solve this problem by adding these libraries to the application itself, without downloading from the server
