​@Irene Chistyakova The board owner (or anyone in control of board sharing settings) would need to work with Miro/this forum to help troubleshoot the issue.

A few questions:

1. Are you the board owner, or team members who shared the board?
2. How was the board shared (e.g., inviting them as a full team members, guest, or visitor)? More on the differences can be found in the Visitors, guests and members help center article.
3. What is the error the user is getting — can you share a screenshot?
